Refund Policy
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@thesaunasolution.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
For any cancellations or refunds please reach out to returns@thesaunasolution.com within 7 days on receiving the order. Return policy's vary by supplier and we will work as quickly as possible to either get you a refund or exchange your product. Our goal is to provide the best customer service and experience for you. We hope to resolve any issue that arises.
Dundalk does not accept any returns or refunds. Any refund that is accepted by Clearlight will include a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any return.
