Red Light Therapy, also known as photobiomodulation and low level light therapy, uses red low-level wavelengths of light for a variety of health and wellness benefits. Red light is considered “low level” because it works at an energy density that’s low compared to other forms of laser therapies.

In the early 1990s, Red Light Therapy was used by scientists to help grow plants in space. They found that the intense light from red LEDs promoted the growth and photosynthesis of plant cells.

Red light was then studied for its ability to increase energy inside human cells. The human body needs to make ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) cellular energy to function and survive.  This occurs naturally when our bodies are exposed to natural sunlight. Red and near infrared wavelengths of natural light stimulate the mitochondria in our cells. The mitochondria turn the light into usable energy for our bodies through the process of cellular respiration.

Once your new sauna has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it the whole time! Upon Arrival

Errors are costly. Your verification of shipment accuracy can save you time and money. When a shipment arrives please follow this procedure:

1. Count the total items and compare that to the bill of lading. Then verify item numbers against the packing slip. If there is a discrepancy, note it on the bill of lading before signing for the goods.
2. Inspect all goods. Check the labels to be certain that they are correct.
3. If a package is delivered damaged, do not refuse the freight. The package should be opened immediately with the driver present. On the freight bill, specify the exact nature of the damage to the items (scratched, broken, chipped, etc.) The driver should sign your copy of the freight bill.

Cancellations

You may cancel or change a sauna order without penalty up to one business day after submission of the same, unless the order has already shipped after sending you an Order Confirmation and you expressly approve such shipment or we otherwise expedite shipment at your request. A 25% restocking fee plus (for orders already shipped) freight charges will apply to all orders cancelled after this grace period.

Returns

You have up to 30 days to return unused items with Clearlight Infrared’s approval for credit or refund. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus cost of shipping. An Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning your product. Please contact returns@thesaunasolution.com to receive an RMA number if your item is unopened and still listed on our store. 

To the original purchaser only, Sauna Works warrants the Clearlight® Personal Red Light Therapy Tower to be free of defects in materials, workmanship or design under normal use and service conditions for five years from the date of purchase. 

If the product and/or equipment should become defective within the 5-year warranty period, Sauna Works will send replacement parts or replace it (at our discretion) free of charge, including return transportation to you.All labor is not included. 

You MUST receive authorization before returning product to the factory, as Sauna Works will not accept collect shipments. Sauna Works reserves the right to repair or replace component parts without return of the entire unit. 

This warranty does not include damage resulting from accident, abuse or misuse of the product and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, improper assembly, alteration, or negligence. In addition, all representations and warranties made by any person or entity other than Sauna Works main office is excluded from this warranty. 

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO FIVE YEARS FROM PURCHASE AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND ARE OTHERWISE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF EXPRESS WARRANTIES AS SET FORTH ABOVE. 

This is the exclusive remedy, and law for consequential or incidental damages under any and all warranties are excluded to the extent exclusion permits liability. 

This warranty does not cover or compensate for any loss of use damages that may occur as a result of failure of equipment covered under this warranty. 

Sauna Works reserves the right to alter or change equipment without prior notice, and to repair or replace warranted equipment with new parts or new products. 

The Products should be installed only in applications where ambient temperatures do not exceed 145°F. Installation and use of the products in applications where ambient temperatures exceed 145°F will result in reduced life, lumen output. For the purposes of being entitled to make a claim under this warranty, a decrease in lumen output of less than 70% under the L70 Standard or LED failure of less than fifteen percent (15%), shall not be considered a defect. 

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within three months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly. Please email info@thesaunasolution.com.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website
