As soon as your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming the order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your new sauna has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it the whole time! If you have any questions along the way, please reach out to support@thesaunasolution.com. Our goal is to make the buying and shipping process as smooth as possible!
Upon Arrival
Errors are costly. Your verification of shipment accuracy can save you time and money. When a shipment arrives please follow this procedure:
- Count the total items and compare that to the bill of lading. Then verify item numbers against the packing slip. If there is a discrepancy, note it on the bill of lading before signing for the goods.
- Inspect all goods. Check the labels to be certain that they are correct.
- If a package is delivered damaged, do not refuse the freight. The package should be opened immediately with the driver present. On the freight bill, specify the exact nature of the damage to the items (scratched, broken, chipped, etc.) The driver should sign your copy of the freight bill.
Cancellations and Returns
1. If an order is canceled prior to shipment, payment will be fully refunded. Note that we consider your product to be “shipped” when the tracking number has been generated for a freight carrier. After products are considered shipped, cancellations are treated as returns as described below.
2. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Please call 843-279-2889 or email returns@thesaunasolution.com to obtain an RMA. No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA. To receive a credit or replacement unit, we must first have a chance to receive and completely inspect your return.
3. Per our “30 Day Risk-Free Return Policy” returns will be accepted within 30 business days of product receipt. Shipping charges on returns shall be the responsibility of the customer and all returned items must be returned in “new” or “like new” condition, in undamaged original manufacturer’s packaging, and with all original product manuals. After the product is received, inspected and verified to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be provided on the product purchase price minus any original shipping charges and minus a 25% restocking charge. The actual freight cost to originally ship the product will be deducted from your refund.
4. If you refuse an item delivered by a commercial shipping company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be treated as a return and charges described in Section 3 above shall be applied.
5. Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty which is located in/on their packaging or in their documentation. We do not provide any warranty over and above the manufacturer’s warranty.
Your Clearlight® sauna comes with another exclusive – the Clearlight® Infrared Limited Lifetime Warranty for residential use. Few other companies can offer this type of warranty because no one builds saunas like Clearlight® infrared.
True Wave™ infrared emitters have an estimated operational life of 30,000 hours. Using your sauna 5 times per week your True Wave™ heaters can last up to 125 years. All of our sauna cabins are both kiln dried and air dried to 7% moisture content then each panel is pressed to ensure a lifetime free from warping or cracking. All electrical components in your Clearlight® sauna are manufactured to our exacting standards and once your sauna comes out of production at our factory, it is setup, tested and run for several hours to ensure that it is in top working condition.
In the rare event that you might have an issue with your sauna, our limited lifetime warranty covers the entire sauna – heaters, controls, electrical and wood… even the included audio system. You will never have to worry if anything should go wrong with your Clearlight® sauna.
If you are using your sauna in a commercial location, you are still covered under our 5-year warranty.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within three months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly. Please email info@thesaunasolution.com.

Full Spectrum Heater
Add an additional 300-watt full spectrum heater to your Clearlight Sanctuary™. This heater, measuring 24”x 7”, is mounted on the interior of the door. The heater includes a wood frame with a textured mesh heater guard and plugs conveniently into a receptacle already built into your sauna.
Medical Grade Chromotherapy
Medical Grade Chromotherapy offers 96 LED Lights, 12 color settings, and comes with a handheld remote dimmer switch.

Bought this for our household in light of all the water in the US being under attack. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing we can have safe drinking water even if the worst happens. It was easy to setup, good quality, water is amazing. Our tap water was a ph of 8 and had 38tps. The water came out of this with a ph of 10.3 and 223tps. Everywhere says it won't change the ph? We are okay with it being really alkaline though. The higher tps should be from the good minerals being added back to the water.

Very eager to get my viking. The 2 year warranty on the chiller and something nice looking in my backyard were the big things for me. Excited to get in and start plunging. Customer service was great and definitely recommend sauna solution team.
A friend gave me this as a gift after I was having some knee issues and I was pretty skeptical but tried it. First off, I have to say that the design of this bottle is sleek and modern and it fits easily into my bag or cup holder. It's been a huge help for my knee pain and I've noticed a significant decrease in discomfort since using this bottle regularly. I've even been able to take off my brace and walk around more freely. I also feel more alert and focused throughout the day, and my memory retention has improved as well. Plus, the water just tastes better than regular tap water.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with the Echo Go and even went on to purchase a few more for my family members as gifts.
Read the lab reports on the ProOne filters. Excellent for heavy metal removal, which is what we’re focusing on. Also has nice transparent section on the body so you can always see the water level. Water also tastes great. Has more certifications than the Berky which has a great name but doesn’t stand up to deeper scrutiny. Perfectly satisfied with product. I have enjoyed my water filter pitcher for a couple of years now… ordering new filters is very easy with no problems in delivery.
While I was skeptical at first (its certainly not a cheap item), I was very impressed when it arrived. The packaging and device are extremely well built and thought out. It seems like something built by Apple and not just lumped in a box. I'll leave it up to the scientists to determine its overall effectiveness, but I got it for my wife....she is happy, so we're all happy.
simple design. works as advertised. the aroma is not strong inside the sauna but gives you enough to enjoy it. wish it worked on the timer and would auto shut off.
I bought a ProOne Coldstream countertop filter from Sauna Solutions and I am so glad I purchased the unit through them. ProOne filters had the best lab reports at the time on the kind of contaminants it reduced or eliminated and to what degree. I chose the Coldstream because where I live, there is no fluoride added to the water. I checked and found that if I moved, I could get the Pro Max filter which does filter fluoride and could be used in the Coldstream casing. Pro Sauna solution had a discount coupon and was the best price I could find anywhere.
While the filtering process with the filters is fine, I did have issues with leaking where the diverter valve screws into the faucet and when it came time to clean the filter, the casing was impossible to remove from the base—even with the tool provided and with men much stronger than I attempting to unscrew it.
The company eventually fixed the diverter valve with a better washer. When I got the unit back, the unit had a severe leak from between the casing and the stand. My calls to ProOne did not result in getting the help needed. Only through Madeleine’s efforts at Sauna Solutions did the manufacturer replace the unit, and then do a three way call arranged by Sauna Solution to get the assistance I needed to fix the leak in that occurred with the brand new replacement unit.
The fix was something a customer would never be able to have effected without technical assistance from the manufacturer. It was only the dedicated customer service orientation of Madeleine at Sauna Solutions that resulted in getting that customer service from ProOne. If I had to deal with ProOne on my own, I would have had an expensive filter that only worked for 6 months instead of years and I doubt that any other distributor I may have bought from would have gone the extra mile that Madeleine did to make sure I had a unit that worked.
The ProOne is one of the best water filters out there, but I encourage you to buy from Sauna Solutions to assure you will get customer service if you should ever need it.
