Includes heavy duty housing, a non-woven pleat pack 5-micron inline water filter, mounting bracket and wrench for easy removal of sump housing for filter replacement. 3/4” port on both inlet and outlet. Quick connect fittings available (optional).
FREE SHIPPING offer applies to all orders. Orders are normally shipped via UPS ground service, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class mail. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii ship via UPS Ground and there will be an additional cost. Non-mainland residents may be billed for additional shipping charges not included. Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. We offer economical shipping and for special circumstances, expedited shipping. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. Due to the nature and size of our products, your address must be able to receive shipments. If you are in a remote location, please let us know as we may need to make special arrangements for your delivery. Special arrangements may also require additional shipping fees.
Please allow up to 5 days for processing international orders. International customers are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees or any other charges that you may incur from importing products into your country. Customs policies vary by country and you should contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. Incorrect addresses may result in shipping delays and added shipping charges. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged additional shipping to re-ship your order. If your item was damaged during shipping, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of delivery. You will be given specific instructions to best facilitate a replacement or claim.
Signature Required. Orders of $300 or more normally ship Signature Required. There is no charge for this service.
Should you wish to opt-out of Signature Required, please include in the Order Notes on the checkout page that you want to opt-out of Signature Required. ProOne® will not replace any lost or stolen packages with declined Signature Required.
Orders & Damaged Goods
If your order was damaged during delivery, is incorrect, or there was an error in your order, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery receipt at 843-279-2889 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will attempt every effort to correct your order. If you were shipped an incorrect item, we will pay for the return via standard shipping. Please make sure you include your name, email address, and phone number with your order information and order date. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed there may be a 10% cancellation fee. Please include your item descriptions, price and quantity, any applicable shipping fees, and most importantly your name, shipping address and contact information, including phone number. You can calculate your shipping fee by putting your items in the shopping cart and then click on the proceed to checkout button. You can find your shipping cost in the drop down arrow. Your order ships once your check clears our bank.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within three months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly. Please email email@example.com.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (i.e.; eBay, overstock, etc.)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
