ProMaxTM Dual Stage:
Stage 1 includes a 5-Micron standard pre-sediment filter which helps protect your new ProOne® filtration system from sediments commonly found in aging water supply pipes. Reduces damaging effects of sediment such as dirt, sand, debris, and rust. Ideal for use with most city or well water.
Stage 2 includes ProMaxTM “all-in-one” filter technology.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii ship via UPS Ground and there will be an additional cost. Non-mainland residents may be billed for additional shipping charges not included. Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. We offer economical shipping and for special circumstances, expedited shipping. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. Due to the nature and size of our products, your address must be able to receive shipments. If you are in a remote location, please let us know as we may need to make special arrangements for your delivery. Special arrangements may also require additional shipping fees.
Please allow up to 5 days for processing international orders. International customers are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees or any other charges that you may incur from importing products into your country. Customs policies vary by country and you should contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. Incorrect addresses may result in shipping delays and added shipping charges. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged additional shipping to re-ship your order. If your item was damaged during shipping, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of delivery. You will be given specific instructions to best facilitate a replacement or claim.
Signature Required. Orders of $300 or more normally ship Signature Required. There is no charge for this service.
Should you wish to opt-out of Signature Required, please include in the Order Notes on the checkout page that you want to opt-out of Signature Required. ProOne® will not replace any lost or stolen packages with declined Signature Required.
Orders & Damaged Goods
If your order was damaged during delivery, is incorrect, or there was an error in your order, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery receipt at 843-279-2889 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will attempt every effort to correct your order. If you were shipped an incorrect item, we will pay for the return via standard shipping. Please make sure you include your name, email address, and phone number with your order information and order date. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed there may be a 10% cancellation fee. Please include your item descriptions, price and quantity, any applicable shipping fees, and most importantly your name, shipping address and contact information, including phone number. You can calculate your shipping fee by putting your items in the shopping cart and then click on the proceed to checkout button. You can find your shipping cost in the drop down arrow. Your order ships once your check clears our bank.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within three months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

I bought a ProOne Coldstream countertop filter from Sauna Solutions and I am so glad I purchased the unit through them. ProOne filters had the best lab reports at the time on the kind of contaminants it reduced or eliminated and to what degree. I chose the Coldstream because where I live, there is no fluoride added to the water. I checked and found that if I moved, I could get the Pro Max filter which does filter fluoride and could be used in the Coldstream casing. Pro Sauna solution had a discount coupon and was the best price I could find anywhere.
While the filtering process with the filters is fine, I did have issues with leaking where the diverter valve screws into the faucet and when it came time to clean the filter, the casing was impossible to remove from the base—even with the tool provided and with men much stronger than I attempting to unscrew it.
The company eventually fixed the diverter valve with a better washer. When I got the unit back, the unit had a severe leak from between the casing and the stand. My calls to ProOne did not result in getting the help needed. Only through Madeleine’s efforts at Sauna Solutions did the manufacturer replace the unit, and then do a three way call arranged by Sauna Solution to get the assistance I needed to fix the leak in that occurred with the brand new replacement unit.
The fix was something a customer would never be able to have effected without technical assistance from the manufacturer. It was only the dedicated customer service orientation of Madeleine at Sauna Solutions that resulted in getting that customer service from ProOne. If I had to deal with ProOne on my own, I would have had an expensive filter that only worked for 6 months instead of years and I doubt that any other distributor I may have bought from would have gone the extra mile that Madeleine did to make sure I had a unit that worked.
The ProOne is one of the best water filters out there, but I encourage you to buy from Sauna Solutions to assure you will get customer service if you should ever need it.
It was easy to install and to use. My only complaint is that the instructions provided with the filter are for a different filter. I had to speak to someone at the company to get instructions for this filter. For $200 they should be able to provide instructions specifically for the ProMax as they are somewhat different.
