You will not find a better traditional sauna for the money! Warner runs a great business and was very responsive to my questions and logistical challenges living in water-locked Juneau, Alaska. He researched freight forwarding options via barge and got this hand delivered by truck all the way to my garage, which was his first ever shipment to Alaska. I reinforced the ceiling panel with foil vapor barrier and R-15 insulation, and now this awesome little heater cooks this thing up to a constant 90+ degrees C in short order. (The instructions don’t explain specifically what to do with the temperature sensors that are zip-tied to the inside of the heater, but after it tripped offline during the first use, I removed the temp sensors so now they hang out outside the heater allowing full, constant heater operation to the desired temp). My wife and I have used this almost every day, especially in the dead of winter. The single bench is not ideal for position/use of space, so I am scheming to design and add a custom L-shaped red cedar bench just above the original bench to maximize space and enjoy even greater temps as it would be positioned higher in the sauna, but still afford necessary headroom. Aromatherapy hardware/bowl is on order for an even better experience, even though the original hemlock wood aroma is still pleasant.
